    Dear @Alpha111,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to seek clarification regarding your recent query about the ‘blur’ effect. We would like to understand specifically which aspect of the blur effect you are referring to, as it typically appears upon hovering or remains static.

For testing purposes, we recommend experimenting with different hover effects available in the widget settings to see if this addresses your concern.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your response.

    Best Regards,

    Dear @Alpha111,

I hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the concerns regarding the blurred images in your product categories. Currently, we do not observe any issues with image blurring on our end.

Typically, the appearance of such effects is influenced by the hover effects and the Image Size settings configured in your widget. For your reference, please see the settings here: [Hover Effects Settings] (https://prnt.sc/8yXg2IJ6RKZ7) and [Image Size Option] (https://prnt.sc/D8yfXPXmHgg8).

We recommend adjusting these settings to better suit your needs and experimenting with different combinations to achieve the desired clarity. The resolution of this issue largely depends on the image sizes used in your product categories.

Should you require further assistance or have any other inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    Jack Richardson
