It would be helpful if you put some closed threads FAQs i.e. on “how to update the theme” or “how to clear your cache” etc…

It could be things to do before posting a question on thsi forum?

It’s clear the current FAQ section isn’t working…

It’s getting repetitive seeing people post the same questions…

You can then say, if after reading the guidance you have problems then please post a thread…

    Hello,

We have such items under the FAQ http://prntscr.com/vg3hot
Also, we have documentation about this https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
    And video tutorial https://youtu.be/xMEoi3rKoHk
But for many people, it’s easier to ask than to read 🙂

Thanks but I still think a closed FAQ thread which is stuck to the top of the forum would work wonders or especially a bugs list! That would be SO helpful for us customers!
