    Hello,

we telling you a lot of compatibility issues and reported this in tickets and docuement it in screenshots. Each bug/compatibility issue we have reported was before confirmed by elementor level 1 and also by technical elementor support (level 2). Also on github we get the same feedback from the devs.

Each compatibility issue we have reported was confirmed:
Yes, based on older code architecture. Now we have a collection of compatibility issues which you confirmed its based on older code base.

    1. How many compatibility issues we have to collect that you will start to bring your theme codex based on new rules of elementor?

    2. After each compatibility issue you told us we have to start a request in roadmap. The roadmap is to vote for new functions. But why we have to ask other users if you shoud make your theme fully compatible with elementor or not?

    3. Why you tagged your theme as “fully compatible with elementor & elementor pro” but on the other hand you confirmed: we have issues with elementor based on old code base of some widgets? So its compatible or its not compatibl with elementor base functions? If yes, why we have to use workflows and you confirm they are issues?

This have no logic in our eyes. So please let me please understand your philosophy,
It can not be your philsophy to move every elementor compatibility issue on a long term work: first lets ask other customers… What if the customers do not know this issues? How they can understand and vote for something if they do not see this issue because they still working outdated workflows from your theme?

    And finally:
Its okay to ask customers about new functions. But if someon showing you issues with your theme you shoud remove it without any question and readmap voting.

We will bring all that cases to envato if there is no solution planed in future.

    So my last question is:
    4. What about this idea: The next update coud be more elementor compatibility focused. Stop adding more and more functions, instead of this, you can improve the base of the current existing functions and improve some elementor issues which making major elementor options not working in your theme (only with workflows again and again).

I hope you understand my case and the frustration.

    BR
    Tommy
