On the Blog page, in the desktop version, in the Categories Widget of the Main Sidebar, when configured “Display as dropdown”, when clicking to select a category, the menu does not stay open, it opens and closes and there is no time to choose a category.
Hello @Stelio,
I have tested the issue on my test site and it appears to be working correctly. You can check it in the private content area of this topic.
It is likely that the issue is caused by a conflict with a third-party plugin. We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again.
We can also see that you have activated the server cache on your site. We recommend contacting your hosting provider to flush the server cache completely and then turn it off while you are in the development process.
If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to further investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before making any changes.
Best Regards,
8Themes Team
Hi Tony,
I did all the procedures suggested by you, cleaned all caches and disabled all plugins.
I noticed that the problem occurs when I activate the “XStore Core” plugin.
When it is disabled the problem does not occur.
If you want to check it out on my staging site you can login to my staging site with the temporary login link I left in the private area.
