Hello, I have issue with widgets

” etheme-static-block” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.”
The “nav_menu” block was affected by errors and may not function properly. Check the developer tools for more details.

Theme Options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On.
