    Hey guys,

after last theme update the widget “filter by” completely disappeared from the widget area. I used it 4 times in the shop filter area. Now its empty there and i can not put it in again in backend, because it does not exist anymore to choose from the widget selection. Could anyone please tell me what happened?

    Thanks a lot!
    Cheers from germany

    Hello, DareFlinke,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your query.

Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check your Shop page.

You can edit sidebar content via Appearance > Widgets.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

    Hello, DareFlinke,

Just theme updates should not cause such an issue.

Appearance > Widgets > Add widgets to the desired area, for example – https://prnt.sc/S_kHtrcEJB0T

    Thanks for reply.
I can see that you guess that the problem is solved. But to be honest, it is not.
The used “filter by” widget is no more a xstore widget. Former it was a xstore widget. Like written, afert update, it just disappeared and i had to add the “ordinary” woocommorce widget.

For example, the appearance of the colors does not work with a picture, like the “xstore” widget showed.

I can not get it, what happened here and why the xstore widget “filter by” is gone.

    Hello, DareFlinke,

You disabled variation swatches via Theme Options and appropriate widgets were disabled because of this. We’ve enabled them – https://prnt.sc/8xeNnTU6Dj6u > https://prnt.sc/VrvnVfAb68z7 > https://prnt.sc/4ofzlSmY1dsk
