When I buiild a products page it doesn’t show all of the products on the site just a few of them even though I’ve selected all products. When I change it to a different setting such as featured, best sellers etc. the missing products will show up so it appears that xstore knows their there but doesn’t show them on all products even though I have no limit on the number of products.
I may have sorted the banner issue out so that might be OK but the products page isn’t.
Hello, Darren62,
Thank you for your prompt response.
To assist you more effectively, could you please provide the URL of the page where you are experiencing the issue? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could attach some screenshots for a clearer understanding of the problem.

Hi
I’ve sorted the products now but the header is still a problem as every time I create a new page it appears and I don’t want it there…I certainly don’t want a hemp bg for my pages.
If I’ve read it correctly on this forum I also can’t edit the shop page unless I get Elementor Pro? That kind of defeats the object of using a theme especially when Xstore say its the most customisable theme for WP.
I’m trying my hardest to skin Xstore but it is nowhere near as easy as it should be.
Hello, Darren62,
Let’s address your inquiries one by one in sequence.
This is breadcrumbs https://prnt.sc/vs9UDTHRUDao , it can be edited or disabled through the Theme Options > Breadcrumbs.
Please note that Elementor Pro is not necessary; you may use the free Pro Elements plugin instead. For more detailed guidance, kindly refer to this article: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/.
We are here to assist you, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions.

OK thank you although I still can’t understand why when I create a new page with absolutely nothing in it it crashes before I can edit it in Elementor. Every time it just puts safe mode on and I can’t edit the new page and I do have Elementor Pro Elements plug in installed?

Thank you Rose I have opened that page and the one called order tracking that I created before so I have no idea why it crashed before.
How do i remove the breadcrumbs from the top of new pages though as i don’t want them on there ATM.
Thanks for all of your help though its very much appreciated.
Hello, Darren62,
We hope this message finds you well. We would like to inform you that breadcrumbs can be removed either through the individual page settings https://prnt.sc/-jApkuXqwt92 or globally for all pages via the Theme Options.

Thank you so much again Rose…also, when my site is live I wanted to have specials on products only for registered users which I can do through conditions but it doesn’t hide that product from the product archive and there appears no way to do this meaning that should I put a special price product up for registered users only then all visitors will see that on there and it might be a duplicate product which would look bad for visitors to see. Is there any way possible that the product could be hidden from all pages if it was made to be for registered users only. I may also sell other products at cost for registered users from time to time and all visitors would se those as well which isn’t good.

Hi
How is that so?
You create a theme that enables me to use to ‘hide’ a product but it doesn’t hide it throughout the shop so in effect it’s not hidden.
If anything you should be looking to implement it not say I need to pay for customisation as its really not a feature if it doesn’t work properly.
Regards
Darren

Hello Rose
I decided to use categories instead and hide the ones I don’t want guests to see and registered to see…it seems an easier way than coding or any other solution.
Hello, Darren62,
Should you require any other assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
