    Hello,

we have checked your site and found that your footer widget areas have only text, blog and newsletter widgets. Please specify what widgets had disappear and what widget area from?

In addition, please update your Blanco theme as you are using outdated version that does not support WordPress 4.0.
Read here how to do it right: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/index.html#!/upgrade

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    Hello,

Please specify what the BB and PB widgets are.
Are they included in WordPress by default or you used some plugins?

    Thank you.

Eva I am sure they come with wordpress by default but this is my 1st website so not 100% sure.
All the widget dose is gives you a simple button so you can click on it and it navigates you to another part of your site everyone must use them.
I had them seem set up on my homepage footers so my customers can click on them to find important information like how to return goods and so forth. they are easy to use you put i tile on them and a address to where you want them to go its simple and they just do it lol. but now they are gone
This can not be hard surely lol

Could you please specify full names of the widgets?
As I know default WordPress installation doesn’t have such widgets.

    Thank you.

OK I shall try again when you go to appearance then down to widgets. On the left hand side you have all available widgets on the right hand side you have your homepage sidebar, product sidebar and so on. Ok if you want to write something on the homepage sidebar you go to the left hand widgets see a widget called text and you drag that over to the homepage sidebar so then you can right what you want to come up on your homepage. there lots of other widgets to choose that do lots of different jobs . there should be 2 widgets that make buttons to click they are the ones missing I am sure they are called bb bp I need these back lol.
If they didnt come with word press they must of come with Blanco
Eva I dont know how I can explain this any more this is so simple I think you are looking for something harder 🙂 If down load one of my back ups and reinstall it would they come back 🙂
