I just bought WooPress to play with wide layout with left menu.
Expecting to have Header Builder, but there is not.

Header builder is available for XStore theme only – https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546 and we do not plan to add this for the WooPress, unfortunately.
Take a look at the XStore – new and powerful theme with many versions and layouts.
We can exchange WooPress to XStore. You need to buy the XStore theme, reply back with purchase code and submit the refund request for the WooPress theme https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
