Wishlist Icon Showing Multiple times on Product Category Page

    Hello team,
    We enabled a wishlist option on product CATEGORY PAGE using your recommended YITH WISHLIST PLUGIN,

    1) What happened is that whatever simple pages we have made like DESI MOTIVATION, etc are giving proper options of wishlist. Check the screenshot

    But we want to show it on WOOCOMMERCE ARCHIVE CATEGORIES PAGES

    Hello,

    Please provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
    Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

    Hello,

    You enabled option to show the wishlist in the loop over the image in the wishlist plugin settings. It caused the mentioned issue because it duplicate our wishlist that we display by default and display wishlist again over the image according to plugin options. So, I just hide that using custom CSS (Theme Options > Custom CSS).

    2) Also, how to edit and customize CART & CHECKOUT Page. Just like we can customize the shop page in theme options>> woo commerce shop

    We need to edit the layout and other designs of the CART & CHECKOUT PAGE

    Hello,

    You are welcome.
    1) All the available tax settings of the WooCommerce plugin you can find here https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-taxes-in-woocommerce/#prices-entered-with-tax
    You can add only tax suffix, there is no option to add something after the price. If you want to do that you need to look for additional plugins or additional customization.

    2) Cart and checkout pages do not have such options. You can only enable/disable the sidebar, breadcrumbs there in the 8theme Page options while editing that. If you need anything extra you need to look for third-party plugins depending on changes that you want to implement.

    1) Kindly, check in private content, we analyzed our website on https://gtmetrix.com/ for site performance. It came to be D grade and took 13 s to load completely.
    Please tell me how to reduce the load time and optimize the site performance.

    Earlier it wasn’t so, our load time was quick and the site was mobile-friendly as well. Help us out to reduce it.

    Hello,

    1) Thank you for the response but after you’ve installed the plugin, whatever changes we are making on the backend are not reflecting on the frontend quickly. We have cleared the browser cache as well but still has not changed.

    Earlier when the WP Fastest Cache plugin by Emre Vona was there, the changes got reflected quickly. Help me out in this. Should we change the plugin again?

    2) Also, our grade is varying between B & C but the load time is still high, check the screenshot. How to reduce this load time.

    Kindly, respond with both the solutions.

    Hello,

    1) Clear the plugin cache (there is the button for this in the top panel) once you do any changes. Or follow the plugin documentation to get more details about plugin options. If you want to may switch back to previous plugins that you used if that suits your needs more than this one.

    2) Check the performance tab and Waterfall tab to find out what moments slow down your site and look for ways to speed them up. Unfortunately, a personal site optimization service is not included in our support. We are able to get with the general settings only.

    OK, thank you

    1) We have one page on our website named CUSTOMIZATION, we provide a custom design printing option to our customers where they can print designs of their own choice, so for that page, we want to give our customers an IMAGE UPLOAD option so that they can upload their design file.

    Design file can be in JPG, PNG, CDR or PDF format

    How can we add this option to our site? Kindly help.

    Hello,

    There is no such option in our theme. You need to look for a third-party plugin for these purposes.

    Ok, thanks a lot for your support. It’s been a great help.

    I need one more help.

    Actually, we have 2-3 types of main product categories i.e., T-SHIRTS, HOODIES & SWEATSHIRTS and all of them have different size charts. So we need to add them differently for each type.

    For that, we made different templates on the single product page but still, it’s showing the size chart added in by default template.

    Kindly help and let me know how to add different size charts in each type.

    Hello,
    Kindly reply to our above query as early as possible.

    Also, please check why our BUY NOW button isn’t working. We checked it’s not working in MOBILE VIEW & redirecting directly to CHECKOUT PAGE in DESKTOP MODE, our orders are getting canceled due to that.

    Hello,

    Provide us with links to products from these 3 categories, please, where you have an issue with the size guide. Also, make sure that you uploaded different images for every template of the single product.

    The buy now button always add to cart and redirect to the checkout page. This is function of that button. So, I’m not sure that understand your issue.

    I have shared the links for two categories, see we have multiple product categories made but majorly there are two types of products on our site i.e., T-SHIRTS & HOODIES

    So for both types, we have a different size chart.

    Kindly check and provide the solution as soon as possible.

    We need a working FTP host, FTP username, and FTP password.

    Please, contact your hosting provider and get correct FTP access to your WP installation.
