Please see private info but basically the wishlist shows an item is added but it is actually empty.
Please advise.

Do you use a cache plugin? Is the problem solved when this plugin is disabled?
Do you use CDN? Is the problem solved when you temporarily disable CDN caching?

Apologies – this was the access of the specific user account (shop manager) who is seeing the issue – the main login does not show the wishlist item
