what do we have to do?

Go to Appearance > Widgets > make sure that all the widgets are at the right place after the update.

on the blog page you see the footer, but not on the other pages
if you check with the administration open the footer is visible, you don’t see it when you visit it without the log

if you look at it from outside the administration, even if you clear the cache, the footer is not visible

“even if you clear the cache” – likely it is cache of your browser, clear it too.
