Woo-commerce email template not working and still sending default template

Hi,

I created a custom email template for Order on-hold

But still, I am user is getting the same woocommerce default email template..
Actually, it worked yesterday.

Since it worked fine yesterday I do not think it is related to the woocommerce.

Could you please check my woocommerce email template? I’ve attached site access details in private content.

Now it is not even showing the email title as I set.

Leave it..
After I cleared some HTML comments, it works fine.. weird..

again I just updated some HTML tags in email template.. now it sending default woocommerce template.

I think it should be some cache issue.. but I do not have any caching plugin.
Can you check by placing an order on the site and it’s template on the admin panel?

Our theme doesn’t change any woocommerce mail functions so it is not relevant to our theme issues. Probably you need to contact woocommerce developers for help with their plugin issue.
