I installed Royal theme on my efr7.com.

Every time I use any of permalink settings like post name, custom structure, product, shop base or shop base with category, it gives me 404 error page.

Just post pages, pages, brands work properly. Any product category page or single product pages give me 404 Error page.

Just Permalinks default settings like http://www.efr7.com/?product_cat=evening-dresses work fine

    For example:

    (Post page)http://www.efr7.com/gorgeous-bridal-shoes/ WORKS FINE

    (Page) http://www.efr7.com/contact-us/ works fine

    (Brand page)http://www.efr7.com/brand/zuhair-murad/ works fine

    But

    (Single product page)http://www.efr7.com/product/evening-dress-71-2/ gives 404

    (product Category) http://www.efr7.com/product/evening-dresses/ gives 404

Please check my FTP and WordPress credentials at private content section

Note: I installed Bullet proof security plugin that may lock .htaccess. You may deactivate it if necessary

    Thank you

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

The problem persists with default WordPress theme too.
So the problem may be related to WordPress or Woocommerce plugin. We recommend you to contact both support teams concerning this issue.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
