Dear Sir/Madam,
On my everything works fine but when a customer wants to place an order the review-cart is grayed out and the payment method and shipping are not active.
At the beggining I thought that is because I haven’t been updating my theme. After the update it all get messy so I needed to downgrade but the result is the same !

Yes the problem is on all browsers. Maybe it is only on the bulgarian version of the site. Can you change the language and order something?
Then you will see the following problem:
You order one article which stays in the cart until you reach the checkout page. Then magically this article is changed with another article and the review order or order info table is inactive. That means that the user is unable to choose payment method, shipping method and most importantly it is not possible to click on the button place order.

I checked the Checkout page in other language and it’s working fine:

Try to disable W3 Total Cache plugin and clear “cache” folder via FTP in wp-content directory, and check your site (also clear browser cache and cookies).

I’ve deactivated the plugin and everything seems to be alright. But I still want to use that plugin for caching because I think that is the best for cache in WordPress. Is there a way to do that ?

I just deactivated it because it seems that the cache put a different product on the checkout page … Is there some solution for that … ?

Hello,
You need update the theme to the latest version 2.1.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
