When will you update the out of date woocommerce templates to go along with Woocommerce 2.3.2 released Feb. 11 2015?
I just purchased your theme, and switched my store over to it, so looking to keep everything updated.
Hello,
Wait a little, it will be fixed soon.
Sorry for inconvenience.
Regards,
Robert Hall.
How do we get updates to our theme though? Do we have to download and re-install the theme?
You can monitor the new update of the theme here:

Yes, you will need to download a new theme and update the old version via FTP.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

Problems I’ve found with the new version of Woocommerce and WooPress. On the checkout page the items in your cart load momentarily and then disappear. So on check out you can no longer see the items you are purchasing. When is a fix planned?
Problems I’ve found with the new version of Woocommerce and WooPress. On the checkout page the items in your cart load momentarily and then disappear. So on check out you can no longer see the items you are purchasing. or they will show but you have a double payment box, one on top of another. When is a fix planned? I hope it’s soon. This is not what you want from a new theme you just spent serious money on including having your existing site ported over to it.
Hello,
A new theme release will be produced very soon.
Meanwhile you can revert back to old Woocommerce plugin version.
Please take our apologies for the troubles.
Thank you for understanding.

how do I update automatically into the admin panel?
It says that I have to have a envato? API, but I cant find it. Where can I all the information I need?
Hello @Cubestore,
Could you please clarify with more details what you want to update?
If you mean plugins then you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Even after the latest theme update there are still errors on the check out and view cart pages. Using the theme update pushed out today and woo commerce 2.3.3. On the view cart page the box that allows you to add or subtract additional products is messed up and extending over into the other fields now.
Woo commerce still shows this page as out of date. it was not included in your theme update.
woopress/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php version 2.1.8 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,
On the checkout page the credit card fields are still displaying twice.
Any update on a fix for these issues as the latest theme update didn’t fix them.
Hello @TrueBeardsman,
Please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in private content.
Thank you.

Im happy to provide screen shots or any info you are needing, but I run an ecommerce store and I don’t give out my credentials. I don’t have FTP only SSH anyhow. But as I said I can provide screen shots, what ever you need. Mainly the Checkout page showing double credit card boxes. You can view that by going to my website and adding something to the cart and going to the checkout page http://www.truebeardsman.com/
and the outdated review order page
woopress/woocommerce/checkout/review-order.php version 2.1.8 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0,
On the check out page you have 2 payment boxes as seen here:
So currently on the checkout page you have 2 classes in div id “order_review” as shown here:
<div id="order_review" class="woocommerce-checkout-review-order">
and
<div id="payment" class="woocommerce-checkout-payment">
Both classes have a credit card / paypal order section. I have fixed the display solution by adding the following to my custom css
.woocommerce-checkout-payment {
display: none;
}
This removes the 2nd payment box. I have yet to test it to see if payment’s actually process.
As seen here:
Edit: Tested payment and it went through successfully.
Hello @TrueBeardsman,
After theme update to 1.2 version go to Theme Options and resave the settings.
Then update Woocommerce plugin to the latest version. Clear your browser cache or check the site in some other browser.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
@Eve Kemp
I had done all of this already. Which did not resolve the issues, hence me adding CSS to hide the 2nd box. I kindly explained what is causing the issue. Clearing my browser cache and reserving settings in the theme panel is not going to fix a 2nd div class in your theme coding. I’ve even set up a fresh install of WP in MAMP with just the latest theme (1.2) and woocommerce (latest update) and the problem still exists.
Hello @TrueBeardsman,
To check this issue we need to have access to your wp-admin panel and FTP.
Could you please provide us?
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
I’d like to have them new updates into the admin panel. So that I can update them there. In this way it makes the job much easier. It says that I must enter Envato username, Envato API key and purchase code. when i put in the purchase code i get a message: incorrect purchase code.
Have checked the code on 8theme’s page and Envato / themselve forest and there is everywhere the same code that I use.
Hello @Cubestore,
Are you talking about plugins updates?
You can download them at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Thank you.

I’m having the same problem as TrueBeardsman with two credit card sections showing up on the checkout page. I’m using WooCommerce 2.3.5 and I only have one credit card payment option selected in Settings. How do I resolve this?
