Hi! for a reason – we can log in with the drop down form – but we cannot login for the my account page

We cannot login into the personal account the my-account page itself because it only refreshes the page without any errors AND we are not logged in.

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

I was able to log in via My Account page:

Yes because I create an account with the user in wordpress admin but if you go to the web site as a client and register to buy – create an account t with the register it will send you an email with your user and password – after that when you try to connect back with those info – it does’nt login – it refresh the page but nothing happen – the problem seem to be when the client register by the register page – my account – toes it you have to create a new account – and try to log in after that – the problem is from the form – because it work with the wordpress admin user creator

I tried and when you enter a already account – it’s work – it’s whena new register is made by the my account form – this one is not working! – thank’s for your answer

Hello,

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too, so it’s not related to our theme. The problem may be caused by your hosting as described in this forum

Just replying to this forum to let you know that this was a problem with the hosting. The server was using Varnish cache, which was improperly caching the login templates & causing the issue.

Please check it with your hosting provider or contact Woocommerce support directly.
