Hello,
Try to disable “Ajax Add to Cart” option in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check the plugin after that.

Hi Eva,

Please get this fix.

Hello,
As I see you customized default Royal theme files.
When activating Royal theme gallery images for variations are shown.
Do you still need our assistance?
If so upload original files from the theme package so we can investigate the issue.

Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
I’ve uploaded original theme files so can you please investigate the problem.
Thanks
Hello,

Hello,
Unfortunately we can’t know what caused this.
We recommend you to restore the site and database from the latest backup.
Ask your hosting provider support to check backups on a server.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
The hosting doesn’t have the backup, could you please tell me any other way to retrieve those css options and where they get saved, css is the only thing that we need right now and the major part of the website is depend on it.
If you could tell me how those theme options get saved in database then i can check it.
Thanks
Hello,
Theme Options settings are saved in database and you have to restore your database from backup.
Are you sure there are no backups on a server?
Each hosting provider makes backup of clients accounts.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hi Jack,
We have the vps server so they said you need to turned on the backup, could you tell me how can i locate the theme options setting from database and where exactly it is located. The problem is all the settings got wiped of and the only thing that was remaining was the background image and color settings that’s it, rest of the thing got removed including logo and css. This is something strange, can you help me out with this.
Thanks
Hello,
As now all your settings are wiped of, you can’t locate them in database because now it’s overwritten.
You should always create backups due to such occasions so you’ll be able to restore it.

Eva Kemp.
