Good evening, we have a problem with the “WooCommerce Bookings” plugin which is not displayed on our product pages.
We thought it was from WordPress and / or Woocommerce, but when we deactivate your theme and activate another one that is like your Woocommerce compatible, the plugin in question will show up without a problem.
It should not be chosen, but it is very penalizing for us because, we need this plugion to be displayed, otherwise our site has no interest.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Hello,
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.
Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.
Regards
I understand that compatibility is not possible with all plugins.
Just that maybe it’s the only one we need 🙂
After that worked with other, it’s just a matter of displaying a calendar in our product pages, so that our customers can select the dates.
Hello,
Thanks for the access. What is a path to the theme folder?

Thanks for your help

Hello,
Change permissions of your files in wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin folder, we can’t edit file https://prnt.sc/23p8iel
Also, do the same for the themes/xstore. We should be able to edit plugin and theme files.

Hello, this should be fixed now.
Thanks for your help
Good evening our site was no longer accessible today because of a plugin, we searched and obviously if we deactivate XStore Core, our site is working again.
