WooCommerce Brands Addon - by CyTechnology

Hello,

I have installed the WooCommerce Brands addons but I have a problem with the template and the link structure.

Brands are configured as follows: Main Brand: BrandName Sub-Brand: BrandType

When accessing the url http://www.domain.com/brandname/ the pagination doesn’t work, neither woocommerce sorting is being displayed, however, when accessing http://www.domain.com/brandname/brandtype/ everything is working as it should.

Could you please advise what it could be?

Hello,

Please provide us with WP Dashboard credentials.
Also update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/blanco/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).
