WooCommerce Check-Out Page – Shipping Not Totalling

    Hi,

    The shipping cost is not being added to the total order price on the checkout page – when you try selecting different shipping methods to recalculate the price, nothing happens. However, this works fine on the cart page. I am not sure why it’s not working on the checkout page.

    I am using the latest version of WooCommerce and Blanco.

    Any help / advice would be appreciated!

    Hello,

    There is compatibility issue with WooCommerce plugin and our theme.
    Soon we’ll release a new theme update where this bug is fixed.
    In the meantime you can use old WooCommerce plugin (2.2.8 or 2.2.11).

    We are sorry for inconvinience caused. This issue can be solved if you install previous woocommerce version (2.8 or 2.2.11). We are currently working on the theme update to reach full compatability with last woocommerce plugin. I have sent the previous woocommerce version on your email.

    Hi,

    Do you know when the Blanco theme is likely to be updated to fix these issues? (e.g. in the next week?)

    I don’t especially want to downgrade to such an old version of WooCommerce.

    Our developers are working on the next Blanco update to make the theme fully compatible with the latest Woocommerce plugin. Unfortunately we can’t tell the exact date for now as the theme is still being tested.
    Please take our apologies for such troubles and inconveniences.
    We’ll produce a new theme release as soon as possible.
