WooCommerce Checkout Page not working - by brianec96

    Hello, I’ve been getting the following message and I’ve noticed that after adding an item to my cart and selecting “Proceed to Checkout” – I land on the checkout page, but there is nothing for me to fill out and no way to advance forward. Not sure how to resolve this issue or if it is related to the message below:

    Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files – if you encounter functionality issues on the frontend this could the reason. Ensure you update or remove them (in general we recommend only bundling the template files you actually need to customize). See the system report for full details.

    Hello,

    What version of theme do you use? If you have latest woocommerce version and not the last theme version, then you have to update your theme by following our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/leader/#!/upgrade.

    hi jack,

    i’m having the same problem, but with legenda, not the leader. i wonder if briane is using the same one? i have the latest version of legenda, and i haven’t yet updated to the latest version of woo because of that warning:

    will legenda be getting an update soon to rectify this? or shall i just update woo and hope for the best?

    Hello @dinnae,

    Unfortunately we don’t have a new release date for now. You can update Woocommerce to the latest version. If the notification still remains please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content and we’ll update needed woo files.

    I have checked and I’m already using v1.4 of the theme which is the latest version on themeforest. I also have the latest version of Woocommerce. The checkout process still isn’t working.

    Eva,

    Think I’m having the same issue. When I go to the checkout page I just get three buttons: Billing Address, Shipping Address, Your order. But when I click on them nothing happens.

    When I use a different theme it does allow me to checkout.

    System Status telling me everything is ok.

    hello, I just installed the latest version 2.2 theme legenda on wordpress 3.9.1 with WooCommerce 2.1.10 (latest version), and I can not show the product images in a simple product page.

    Yet the image appears before well on the homepage?

    that could help me?

    But i have the same problème With last version. My check out page is right, but just product image don’t working.

    Thanks for the quick response and I get the proper page but there is now a ‘Continue’ button on the page which doesn’t do anything…

    P.S. Would be still be nice to know what you changed so understand what you did.

    I’ve also updated form-shipping.php file.
    I’ve just copied the file from plugins/woocommerce/templates/checkout folder to themes/theleader/woocommerce/checkout (for some reason files in the theme directory weren’t updated after the plugin update).

    Just in case anyone else is reading this and having the same issue – I updated to latest version of wooco and still got the system status warning. When I checked my WC system status – it was the review-order.php file that needed to be updated. I downloaded the latest version of wooco, grabbed that file from woocommerce>templates>checkout and then ftp’d it to wp-content/themes/legenda/woocomerce/checkout. Warning gone!
