WooCommerce Checkout Stripe/theme conflict

We recently noticed that orders were not coming in and I did a test order and when you type in your credit card info into the box stripe area on the checkout and then click out of the box the info you just entered is removed.

I tested using the storefront theme and the issue didn’t happen.

wordpress/theme and all plugins are up to date

Hello,

Try to disable “Advanced Layout” in XStore–>Theme Options–>WooCommerce(Shop)–>Cart/Checkout.
