    Hello, Mohamed

The terms & conditions section relates to WooCommerce functionality. The code of Elementor in terms & conditions area is shown even with the default theme, so this situation relates to the functionality of WC, and is independent of our theme/can’t be fixed from our side.
We would recommend you do not use Elementor to create content of the terms & conditions section because WC and Elementor are not compatible there.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
