Woocommerce deactivation from xstore theme

Hello,

We want to deactive and delete woocommerce from the theme because we’re going to pause ecommerce option for our business for now.

we tried to delete it but there is no option on dashboard.

Can you help us please?

Other question,

if we delete it, may we still use theme’s other features? (we just want to set up a corporate website.)

Hello,

Our WooCommerce folder in theme works only in case WooCommerce plugin is activated. If you want to stop ecommerce then just deactivate that plugin.
You cannot remove the folder from the main theme just like you cannot modify files in our theme.

Hello,

We tried to deactivate it from the xstore dashboard but nothing happened. after we refresh the page it was still remain activated.

before this we purged the cache too.

finally woocommerce is active now.

Hello,

I think you need to contact your hosting provider about this because option to disable plugin is missing even if our theme is deactivated and default WP theme is active https://recordit.co/pZrAlfCdoh
So, probably you have some setting in your server that does not allow WooCommerce plugin deactivation and we can do nothing with this.
