I have a series of problems in my store: I want to know what happened to get this way. Basically
1) Wocoomerce is installed, but it doesn’t appear on the dashboard
2) Layout is all messed up. The page width is not the real one
3) Products do not appear
4) Page login: Decentralized login box
A series of problems. Waiting for a solution.
Hello @paulkeys,
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking to see if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
If the issue continues, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to investigate and provide assistance.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Apparently the site stabilized after disabling the plugins, but without Woocommerce. The folder already exists, it had several products in the store registered. Despite the existence of the folder, inside the dashboard it is as if the plugin had not been installed. Another thing that is also unconfigured is the top menu. Anyway, the errors we found I believe are due to this absence and total misconfiguration of woocommerce. I need this fix to get my store up and running again.
Awaiting
Thanks
Hello, Paulkeys
As you said you need to solve the problem with woocommerce first. To do this re-upload files of the WooCommerce plugin via FTP. You can provide us with FTP access and we will try to help you or contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin.
Once this problem will be solved, we will check the menu and help you.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Hello!
Ok… I sent the ftp data in private
Thanks
Hello, Paulkeys
We can’t connect FTP:
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing
Please try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself.
Is there a restriction by IP or something else?
Kind Regards,
8theme team
You to try to put the hosting IP as the FTP server

so we would recommend you to contact your hosting provider about this error.
We’ve uploaded the WooCommerce plugin via FTP and activated it on your site.
Please check now.

The server staff sent this message:
Thank you for waiting ?

Hello, Paulkeys
The problem was independent of the theme, and it seems to be solved now.
If this problem happens again, I am still not sure why it occurred, you will need to contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
Thank You so much!
