Check how emails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).

Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the tests.

If the issue continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Upon reviewing their official documentation, we noticed that such details about compatibility with any Email Customizers are not mentioned on their page. It may be necessary for the compatibility features to be integrated into their code, as there could be an issue with the initiation of triggers required for loading the customized email templates. I would like to inform you that our XStore theme does not inherently provide a feature for sending emails automatically after a customer places an order on your website. This functionality is managed through the WooCommerce plugin.

However, we do offer a feature through our Email Customizer templates, which allows you to create and design your own templates for WooCommerce emails. This can be tailored to suit your preferences and brand identity.
