WooCommerce does not send mail to me and to my client

    Hello, I have a problem with sending an email,

    WooCommerce does not send mail to me and to my client (When he/she buys the product).

    I installed smtp Palgin, but it didn’t help either

    But I definitely need to send mail to the administrator’s mails, so that the order does not miss.

    Check how emails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).

    Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
    Let us know the results of the tests.

    If the issue continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
    We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    I don’t understand what the problem is.

    Normal emails are sent

    When I turn on your Email Builder it doesn’t show anything

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    I want this email to reach customers –
    no-reply@bombber.com

    But when something is sold

    Site should send an email to the main email of the site and also to the admins

    My problem is not receiving and sending mails,
    I installed that plugin because your email system was not work.
    I will delete this palgin.

    You have emails system in your theme, Which should solve all the problems but doesn’t work.

    Fix it, I don’t need other plugins

    I would like to inform you that our XStore theme does not inherently provide a feature for sending emails automatically after a customer places an order on your website. This functionality is managed through the WooCommerce plugin.

    However, we do offer a feature through our Email Customizer templates, which allows you to create and design your own templates for WooCommerce emails. This can be tailored to suit your preferences and brand identity.     Why does it work everywhere?

    I pay money for everything to be configured.

    I have not had such a problem anywhere, I could not solve the problem for a week.

    Please be aware that we cannot ensure complete compatibility of our theme with all third-party plugins. There may be occasions where further customization of either the theme or the plugin is necessary to achieve seamless integration. Unfortunately, providing compatibility adjustments for all existing plugins falls outside the scope of our standard support services. Should you require further customization, additional steps will need to be taken.
