WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin not working…

WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin bundled with xstore theme is not working.

When i try to access its settings option in plugins page, it displays error saying ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’..

Also, GMAPS for WPBakery Page Builder displays error as ‘For development purposes only’…

Other bundled plugins such as firebird and pdf invoices are working fine.

Plz clarify..

Hello,

Thanks for using XStore.
1) Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can take a closer look.
2) You need to add API key in settings of Map element – https://gyazo.com/dc0b23cb6c8ef512ecd46f79530baf50
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys
Google map is a paid service, so you must enable billing https://developers.google.com/maps/gmp-get-started and use API key. In another case, you will have the title “for development purposes only”

Provide us with FTP access to your site to check the WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts plugin error, please. We will contact plugin developers. Do you allow sharing of your access to developers of this plugin to allow them to take a closer look at the issue?
I see that you installed 2 page builders: Elementor and WPBakery. It’s not recommended to use both builders at the same time. So, what page builder do you choose?

When i uploaded and activated xstore theme for the first time, i deleted some 31-32 users from wordpress database (*_users), thinking those are sample records.

Can these user records (or few of them) be necessary for functioning of plugins..??

The Subsciptio plugin too displays the same error as dynamic pricing plugin..

Hello,

If you removed some DB tables/records it could be the reason of the issue. If you want to remove users you can do this from WP Dashboard > Users, there is no need to remove tables directly from Database.

Did you make any changes in user roles? Make sure that your account is set like administrator https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/sorry-you-are-not-allowed-to-access-this-page-error-in-wordpress/#4-make-sure-youre-an-administrator

Besides, I see a lot of warnings in your debug.log. Some of them are related to server configuration (check the screenshot in the private content area).
Contact your hosting and fix the mentioned warmings.
