Hi,
I’m making a website for a tea shop at chanomi.fr, using the Xstore theme that includes WooCoommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts.
There are 2 types of products:
—On the website, clients can buy prepackaged tea (50 g, 100 g, 200 g, 500 g, 1 kg). There is a 5% discount on 500 g, and 10% discount on 1 kg. The rules for this were easy to put in place and everything works like a charm.
—In the physical shop, people can buy odd amounts of tea, like 155 g, for example. To make this work, there is another type of product that doesn’t appear on the website, which is called ‘raw materials’. They are sold with a pricing by the gram. I can’t find a way to make rules that work and give me those 5% and 10% discounts based on quantity.
In this case, there is, for example, 500 units of 1 item in the cart, and I would like to get a 5% discount on the ‘subtotal’ price of this item.
Can you please help me with this problem?
I’d like to contact the support of RightPress directly, but I don’t know how. They ask for an Item Purchase Code, and I don’t have one since the plugin came bundled with XStore.
Thank you in advance for your time and answer.
Warm regards,
Charlie
