I have made 3 roders test on the shop and no email are send nor receive with the Email Builder tool from Xstore activated.
I have delete WP Rocket and the developer Mode is deactivated.
Can you please help me ?

Please check how emails function when the XStore Email Builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
We also recommend testing the email functionality with a default WooCommerce theme, such as Storefront (Appearance > Themes), instead of XStore.
Once you have completed these tests, please share the results with us.

Yep done that, and email still not send.
Even though the tool Email logs says emails are sent.
