Hello, @danny,
This seems to be your server-side issue, Can you please once read and follow the instructions written in this article, one by one: https://www.cloudways.com/blog/woocommerce-not-sending-emails/ hope this will helps, and if not then please once try to check it with activating the default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not?

Hi Awais:
Well doesn’t seem a server-side issue as i can send any emails (as you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/StIsKjd).
It’s only in built-in email builder that the issue reveals.
Can it be solved?
Hello, @danny,
I see, But the thing is the email notifications are being generated from WooCommerce. Can you please first activate the WordPress default theme like (Twenty Twenty Two) and then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache.
If the same thing happens then please contact the WooCommerce plugin author in order to solve your issue. and if it is working fine with the default theme then please first take a complete backup of your site and allow us to change/remove the plugins and debug your site.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hi Awais:
There were 2 smtp plugins installed and caused the confusion. I’m goin to close the ticket and I’m sorry to have bothered you with this.
