Woocommerce Error after them update - by Hooman1313

    Hello there,
    I received this error “Please enter an address to continue” on my chekout page after the latest update to the new Xstore version and i couldnt solve the problem in any way. Please help as soon as posible as it affected our business.

    I enabled billing country and it works now but i don’t want to have billing country on my form like before!

    Hello,

    Do you have this problem with a default WC theme (Storefront) or with our theme only?
    Try to disable 3rd party plugins and check if one of the plugins causes the problem.
    Let us know results.

    Hi, the issue is with your theme, It was working well before X store theme update and i didn’t install any new plugin!

    Hello,

    I suppose your issue appeared after WooCommerce plugin update, not after theme update because once we enabled the official WooCommerce theme Storefront we got the same problem https://gyazo.com/72807306f61431fc486fb09d779a20b8
    Probably some of the third-party plugins, for example, WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor may cause the issue. Try to disable plugins and check. Once you detect which one is the reason of the problem contact plugin author to the issue.
    Theme support can do nothing if your checkout does not work even with the default theme because of third-party plugin.
