I cannot get any global add-ons to add to cart. I can select any global add-on and the cost increase is reflected on the product page, however; once I click “add to cart”, the cost of the add-on is no longer reflected in my cart. The description of the product in the cart does not reflect the add-on either.
I have WC version 2.3.8. Some research lead me to a fix that suggested to delete the template file (/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php) so that WooCommerce will use the new bundled template file. I don’t have a variable.php file on the server, at least not in that folder. The only file in that folder is simple.php.
All this is assuming Variable Products is the same as what WooCommerce is calling “Global Add-ons”.

Did this process exactly but only for “woopress”. This didn’t end up fixing the problem. Where do we go from here?
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials and show a page link where variations can’t be added to the cart.
Thank you.

Hello,
I’ve disabled Ajax “Add to Cart” in Theme Options > Single Product Page.
Please clear browser cache and check product with variations now.

Eva Kemp.
