Hi there,
when we set up our products, we add a featured image and some images in the gallery.
1. But, when we hit a image in the gallery it always shows the one after the selected.
2. Next problem is, that the first 2 images are not showing in the gallery.
3. Also, the gallery shows more positions than images added.
4. When we disable the gallery slider function (theme options), all gallery images are displayed as big images below each other. No thumbnails.
We have this problems in 2 sites.
I hope you can help us in this.
Best regards,
Didi
Hello,
The wp-admin credentials are incorrect. Please check them.
1-3. Please check if the same issue persists only with our theme or with a default theme too.
Also, try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and then check.
4. Behavior like this is normal if you disable the gallery option.

Hi Rose,
thx for your reply.
1-3:
I disabled the WooPress theme and activated Twenty Sixteen theme.
Than everything looks nice and working properly.
Also i disabled all third party plugins. The issue stays the same.
After updating to the new theme version.
Lots of things are not working, like:
– no favicon field (only WooPress favicon)
– the custom css field is not working
Any idea?
Best regards,
Didi
Hello,
1-3. Please clear cache and check now.
4. You may change the icon via Customizer http://prntscr.com/ih7qnm
5. Please create an empty dynamic.css file in woopress-child theme folder and set permissions 777 for the file + add wp_enqueue_style( 'dynamic-css', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/dynamic.css' );
in woopress-child/functions.php file. Then go to Theme Options and re-save them.

Hi,
favicon is working now.
But css is not.
I followed your instructions and deleted the cache.
No changes.
Also the WooCommerce issues are present.
What to do?
When i add the custom css style’s to the Customizer, its working.
Extra CSS field.
Strange.
Same issues here.
Custom CSS doesn’t load and images don’t display on Woocommerce product pages.
Deactivated all plugins, makes no difference. Used a different theme, issue goes away.
So, what will be our next step?
Do you have any idea what can be the problem?
Hello, @fluffy
Please provide FTP access in Private Content.

Hello, @Robert
1. Please create an empty dynamic.css file in woopress-child theme folder and set permissions 777 for the file + add wp_enqueue_style( 'dynamic-css', get_stylesheet_directory_uri() . '/dynamic.css' );
in woopress-child/functions.php file. Then go to Theme Options and re-save them.
If the problem with custom css won’t be solved, please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
2. You updated WC to version 3.3.2. We plan to release the new update with compatibility WC 3.3.2 within next day. Follow our updates.

Hi Rose
Thank you for your help.
The CSS fix worked. I await the new update.
Many Thanks
Rob
Hi Rose,
the custom css field within the theme options is not working yet.
Only the Extra CSS field in the customizer does work. Just for your information.
Please find the credentials below.

Didi
Hello, @fluffy
You forgot to include the dynamic.css in woopress-child/functions.php file. Please check custom css now.

VERY BIG THANKS TO ROSE AND STAFF!!!
I`m very happy that the image issue is resolved.
Only thing i noticed is, that the custom css field still doesn`t recognize my changes.
Only the Extra CSS field does notice my changes.
Again thanks for your effort.

Didi
