About half the time the featured image in woocommerce only displays the top half. Refreshing the page will usually fix it. Or clicking on one of the gallery images usually fixes it as well.

It looks like the image is hidden behind a container that is too small or perhaps only the background is loading and not adjusting the container to fit the image properly. It’s hard for me to tell exactly what is going on.

    Hello,

I’ve checked single product page and image has been loaded properly:

What browser are you checking in?

That is strange. It happens regularly for me. Usually when clicking from one item to the related products in the footer.
I am using Safari to view the site.

    Hello,

It may depend from your provider and its speed.

Also now we can’t see your site, get blank page. Did you made some changes? http://prntscr.com/726cqe

    Regards,

    Hi Robert,

ok thank you for looking into it. I con’t change my provider service speed unfortunately.

To view the site you will need to be logged into the admin panel. I have a maintenance plugin installed until the site is ready.

I have been doing some experimenting and it seems to be reliably working if I turn off the zoom effect in theme options. The zoom effect is a nice touch, but not essential for me. I will use it like this. That also allows the lazy load plugins to work I have been troubleshooting as well.

Thank you for looking into this for me. I appreciate it.

    Hello,

As I see you’re using old theme and plugins versions. Please update them.
Here is video tutorial how to update theme:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KdWESIIPU1k
The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

Update. Now it is happening again after I have turned off the zoom effect.

Are you confident this is an issue with my internet provider and there is not a fix that can be done?

Did you changed password to wp-admin?
Also please try to disable third-party plugins, maybe one of them caused issue.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.
