Woocommerce mails don’t show pictures when xstore is activated

    when I try to receive mails, the pictures are always missing, they don’t load (image 1)

    Hello,

    We can enter the site unlock username and password and see the image, but as you can see from our screenshot the image from your site is not visible without this, so it can be reason for the problem in your emails.
    You need to remember how you added the lock popup, then disable it at all, and test emails then.

    We have conducted a test by sending an email to our test address and the results can be found at the following link: https://prnt.sc/X71Km57TEafe No issues were visible.
    It is possible that something in your email settings is blocking images from being displayed – https://support.google.com/mail/answer/145919?hl=en&co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop

    1/ Please check your mails via other devices.
    2/ Do other emails containing images appear?
    3/ All works fine when our XStore > Built-in Email Builder is disabled?

    It means the situation is independent of our theme code.
    You can one more time confirm it by activating the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and checking the work of emails.
    We would recommend you contact the support of WooCommerce, maybe they will be able to give you some advice.

    I understand all that, the funny thing is that I have two domains with the same provider, each with a Woocommerce store with xstore theme and with one store works the mail with images and with the other not.

    As was mentioned, this situation is independent of our theme. Did you do the test we asked for? In this case, all we can do is to sagest you to contact the support of WooCommerce and maybe your hosting provider.

    Yeah, I did the test.
    Now, it seems like only the product pictures load on the mails, but the pictures I added with the image section from the email builder (logo…) don’t.
