Woocommerce mails not sending and can’t update

Hi,

Since updating to the latest version of WooCommerce and WordPress now there are no mails sending with the builder layout. The mails from WooCommerce with the stock status are sending ok.

I searched if there is a update of the theme or core plugin. But there wasn’t any in WordPress.

So I renewed my license to check and get support. I hope you guys can help me. Thanks

Update 1: I just managed to update the core plugin to 4.2.1. Theme is still version: 8.0.8
But I see this to late: Never update the XStore Core plugin if you have not updated the XStore theme to the latest version yet!

Update 2: I’ve updated the theme via the Envato marked plugin to Version 8.2.1. Is it a problem to update the core plugin first and then the theme?

Update 3: I try to simulate the error again. Please wait 😀

Update 4: The mailing problem is solved. I think the older version of the theme doesn’t supported the latest version of woocommerce/wordpress.

I have two new questions: The dropdown menu with a HTML Block doesn’t load. ( https://www.expandsupps.com/media/2022/06/Schermafbeelding-2022-06-21-om-19.37.24.png )And I can’t turn on the new sale booster items.

And a before/after on mobile, now there is quantity? Before it was nice next to the button.

Hi Rose,

Thanks for the reply.

For these errors we need assistance please:

2. And I can’t turn on the new sale booster items.

3. At first the amount selector on mobile versions was left to the add to cart button. Now it is above the add to cart button.

4. Sometimes there is a fatal error at the product page, I put the error at the private content area.

Try to disable “Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading” and “Menu Dropdown Cache” via Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
Clear all cache and check the menu.

3/ Yes, it was changed. Do you want to change it to the old view?
4/ I’ve passed it to our dev team. What should we do to be able to see the error on the product page?

Hello,

2/ Those options are enabled now -> https://prnt.sc/uKCaJpW4nIf6 and https://prnt.sc/VktVDXRcnHKJ. If you want to disabled/enable but you can then please, clear browser cache and check again.

3/ Add next custom css to Theme Options -> Theme Custom CSS -> Mobile

4/ What are the steps to reproduce the issue ? Could you please, write them for us or check the log a bit later (your log could be updated when we checked the problem and implemented our solution).
Also, there is no reason to copy the full log to private content – screenshot of log will be enough for next time.
5/ Yes, we added you example of filters in your child-theme/functions.php

Sometimes there is a fatal error at the product page, I put the error at the private content area – fixed. Changes were made in xstore/framework/woo.php
etheme_sale_label_percentage_text()
