WooCommerce Measurement Price Calculator plugin not working

On the shop inner page, when the ‘Add to Cart’ button is clicked, it does not redirect to the cart page, and the cart bucket is not updated. What could be the issue, and how can it be fixed?

Hi @sunanda,

Can you please help us to disable the Ajax Add To Cart setting under XStore > Theme Options > WooCommerce(Shop) > Single Product Page > Layout: https://prnt.sc/r1-8cVY-Nth5?

Please note that all the custom fields on single product page will not work correctly when the Ajax Add To Cart setting is active.

I have already enabled the Ajax Add to Cart feature, but the issue persists.

Hi @sunanda,

We meant completely disable the AJAX add to cart setting.
