Hi,
I’ve recently installed the WooCommerce Memberships plugin into the site I’m working on.
This plugin fully works with other WordPress themes but with your Royal theme it only partly works.
The plugin is supposed to show restricted blog content to logged out users, with a sign-in area just below the post preview. This works in the blog preview (archive) page but not in the single posts (it shows no content or sign in box.
I’ve tried working through the code of the single.php, content.php, archive.php files but could not find the issue. I’ve also contacted the plugin developers who said it is a theme problem.
Could you help me with this?
Thank you,
Steve
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP and WP Dashboard credentials in private content.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hi,
Thanks for getting back. I’ve added the details for you…
Hi Jack,
Just wondering if you had any updates on this?
Thanks,
Steve
Hello,
Please take our apologies for a delay, but our theme isn’t fully compatible with the plugin.
Unfortunately we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
As you know there is plenty of them and we can’t test all plugins.
Thank you for understanding.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
