Woocommerce new order confirmation email is not receiving

    Hi ,

    I was creating a woo commerce website by using “Xstore theme”.

    Earlier, After placing a new order we got notified by updating the new orders section in the woo commerce dashboard and also we received an email for our registered email.

    But now we are getting only the dashboard notification and we aren’t getting the email to our registered email after a order placement from our website.

    Also note that we have tried below options to overcome from that problem,
    1) re-installed the theme including wp-installation and data base.
    2) disabled unnecessary plugins
    3) cleared cache memory
    4) tried by installing mail servers like SMTP mail server

    Unfortunately none of the above has solved my problem. So I thought this is due to some problem in my theme.

    Kindly note that this is really urgent to us.

    Could you please help us to get received the order confirmation to our registered email?

    Hello,

    Emails are the default WooCommerce option. Do you have the mentioned issue while any other WordPress theme is activated? Storefront for example?

    Hi there,

    We tried this with other themes( eg: Astra) on the same host. Other themes worked fine.

    Even with the Xtore theme we did receive the order confirmation email earlier. But now we don’t get that.

    If you need we can send the admin details of the website also for further investigations.

    Kindly note that this is really urgent to us.

    Hello,

    Is our Email Builder activated on your site? Try to disable it and check then.
    Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so I can pass this problem to our dev team.
    Describe in more detail how can we re-create the problem.

    Unfortunately none of the above has solved my problem.

    On this case I believe that my hosting provider (Namecheap) has nothing to do with the issue as they have already confirmed that everything is fine from their end.

    Most probably this could be an issue related to Xstore theme because woocommerce email notification works fine on the same hosting whenever I try with a different theme.

    So,I kindly invite you to inspect my website with the provided login information and assist me on resolving this issue.( Provided in private content area)

    Hello,

    We have installed plugin for test Email Sending actions WP Mail SMTP and found that there are next issues why the emails cannot be sent to the owner:
    1/ Your web server is blocking the connection.
    2/ Your host is rejecting the connection.

    We would recommend next step to fix the issue of email action:
    Contact your web hosting provider and ask them to verify your server can make outside connections. Additionally, ask them if a firewall or security policy may be preventing the connection – many shared hosts block certain ports.
    Note: this is the most common cause of this issue.
