The Woocommerce notice message is not showing when the user is not logged

Have you sorted out?
If you disable Ajax add to cart option (Theme Options > Single Product) https://prnt.sc/oh6bqc you’ll get messages directly next to input fields http://prntscr.com/oh6kkt

I still was able to see the issue but you troubleshooting that you suggest worked!
