Woocommerce origin attributes stopped working

    Hello, i am using xstore theme everything was working fine all of the sudden “woocommerce origin attributes” the new feature from woocommerce telling you from where the customer referral came and how many pages he opened etc stopped working and i am using the child theme. couple of developers i hired to fix it still not working. i tried to activate the main theme instead of the child theme the feature works properly as it should. the moment i activate the child theme again everything stops.
    So i think it’s coming from some setting of the child theme but i have no indication where. any help regarding this?

    i tried to activate the main theme instead of the child theme the feature works properly as it should. the moment i activate the child theme again everything stops.

    Upon review, it appears that the issue you are experiencing is associated with modifications made to your child theme, rather than the main theme provided by us. As a general policy, we do not assume responsibility for changes made to child theme files by users.

    Nonetheless, we are committed to offering you the best support possible. To facilitate this, we kindly request that you provide us with access to your site’s wp-admin area. Please submit these credentials securely in the private content section of our support platform.

    Hello Luca,

    I rollback the woocommerce to the version 8.6.1 and tried. same error
    I updated the plugin checkout field editor and tried. same error
    I deactivated the plugin for the checkout editor. same error

    As we can see, the child theme is activated on your site. We go to Orders > edit an order and see the next https://prnt.sc/ZfNHYc4b7Bfi , the same result we see when the parent theme is activated.
    To further diagnose the issue, we kindly request that you temporarily activate the Storefront theme, which is the default theme for WooCommerce. After doing so, please proceed to test the functionality and share with us screenshots of what you observe.

    If there has been any misunderstanding regarding your initial request, we invite you to provide a more detailed explanation in addition to performing the aforementioned test.

    Furthermore, for us to proceed with a thorough examination, we will require FTP access to your site.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello Rose,
    I activated the default theme and tested an order and it works. it gives all the origin details as it should. Check attachments please.
    I am sending the ftp access in private content area

    Hi Rose,
    I will try one last fix. i will create new wordpress install on another folder and i will install new wordpress and activate the theme xstore and build it from scratch and i will import products and orders. and i will see if it’s working or not.

    Deregister a domain via your account page to be able to activate the theme next time.

    but i don’t want my live website getting stoped. i am just want to rebuild it in a new folder and make sure everything working fine then replace it with the current one. if i deregister the main one will it stop?

    Just an update. a developer fixed it for me. he didn’t do anything major he just found a lot of scheduled tasks and run all of them. and everything got fixed.
