Woocommerce page data missing - by buttalovejewelry

Hi

I have already submitted a support ticket comment through the themeforests comment section

Hi

On the following site,http://79.170.44.96/sweetdealsboutique.com/ when logged in under admin, the PW toolbar doesn’t show on this page http://79.170.44.96/sweetdealsboutique.com/shop/ I have set the woo commerce shortcake as [recent_products per_page=”12” columns=”4”]

Also, on this page for example http://79.170.44.96/sweetdealsboutique.com/product/floral-print-blazer-print/ the description, quantity r add to cart are not showing

Can you please help as I need this site launched soon

Hello,

You don’t have to use shortcode [recent_products per_page="12" columns="4"] on Shop page. It loads products automatically if it’s selected in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab > Display > Shop Page.
If you want to display separate products on the Shop page you need remove it in Woocommerce setting and add shortcode as described in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/blanco/#!/blanco_shortcodes

If you use WooCommerce plugin you may also use WooCommerce shortcodes. To make them work in our theme, you need to insert prefix “etheme_” before shortcode words. For example: [etheme_best_selling_products per_page=”12″] will display best selling products and [etheme_product_category category=” “] – multiple products in a category by slug etc.

Also there is an error on your site that may cause the problem:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

You need ask your host regarding this error.

Hi there

I have been trying to work out a solution to this whole problem but to no avail

I managed to fix part of the problem here but not the add to cart etc

Also the shop link isn’t displaying all the products even though I have removed the shortcake

Neither is the footer working on some of the shop pages

I hope to hear from you soon

Did you make any changes in original theme files?

Hello,

There was an error “Call to undefined method WooCommerce::get_image_size()” in content-product.php file. I replaced the code $woocommerce->get_image_size with wc_get_image_size and the issue was fixed.
