I am using a “Woo commerce PDF Catalog” plugin for catalog download for all my product direct from website but its hooks position for shop page and cart page is not working with theme then I create a new page and try it’s short code but it also not working.
Please help for the same.
Hello, JKC,
Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.
Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site. Provide us with screenshots.
Also, provide URL of page with the shortcode, and temporary access, so we can take a closer look.
Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support. But we can check what can be done to help you.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to make screenshots and share the links here, or you can use a file-sharing service such as WeTransfer https://wetransfer.com/ to upload ready images there and provide us with URLs.
