Woocommerce Points & Rewards, and Yith Compare

Hi there;

Currently the product page does not display the points that can be earned when a purchase is made as with other themes. – The plugin used for this is Woocommerce Points and Rewards

The next issue is there is no button or otherwise for YITH Compare plugin.

Evidently this stems from the custom product page, and I wondered if this could be addressed.

Hello,
1) Please, provide admin panel and FTP accesses in Private Content.
2) There is no compare function in our theme by default. If you use third-party plugin to implement this, please, contact with plugin support to solve problem. Maybe you need to customize the extension to make it work properly with your theme.

Hi there;

The plugin works on at least 10 other themes I have used and just sits in the product data section, however as this is customised on your theme, I think you haven’t included these plugin hooks in the loop.

It’s just a heads-up really, as I’m guessing you will get a few of these and it’s a relatively straight forward fix (evidently I had to do this through creating a child theme and the single-product.php file with the right hooks in, but it’s a shame it’s missing)
