Woocommerce product problem after update

Hi, I have problem with new woocomerce, i’ve updated theme today but problem is here

When I open product and want to change price or variants or edit woocommerce setting i click on it but nothing happens I see link changes in browser search but it does not take me to wanted option to edit it. Also it messed up all my download links of virtual products.
Please advice me how to fix it.

Hello,

Provide me admin panel and FTP access, we’ll check what causes your issue because we don’t have such problem. You are talking about backend, right?

Hi,

I have problem with woocommerce again, now i don’t know is it theme problem or woocommerce or something else, I have no luck in finding solution anywhere

When I open variations on product page and want to edit it it’s just spinning and spinning and I have no idea how to edit variations

Hello,

Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if this problem persists when default theme is activated. Reply back if problem appears with our theme only. Then we’ll be able to help you. Also, we will need FTP and admin panel access.

If you have the same issue even with default theme it means either WC or third-party plugins cause the problem.

I found problem it’s Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer i guess woocommerce is having some problems with ajax they posted on forum so hope they will fix it soon until then I had to deactivate Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer

They did post an update on plugin in new version 3.16.10 but you have still old one 3.16.9
Do you know when you will update thttp://prntscr.com/ev1ay6

Hello,

Official update was not released. The latest version that is available on CC if we download it, is 3.16.9, unfortunately. Once we get 3.16.10 we’ll upload it on our site. I think they will release it today-tomorrow.
