When I go into the product and issue a refund I get a pop up message saying:
“you do not have permissions to make this API call”
Do you know why this would be happening?
In addition the featured products on the home page does not show the image thumbnail as well as for the events on the footer, but when i click on the product it is been uploaded?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks
Ollie
Ah the images for the product and news seem to be appearing 🙂
So just the api call error message?
Hello,
Your site is under maintenance. Please provide WP Dashboard credentials in Private Content.
Also try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and check your site after that.

Hi I have added details for you.
This is when an order is placed on the paypal standard payments. I go in and try to refund by paypal which then tells me the error message:
Hello,
This is related to PayPal settings.
Try the solution described in this article:

But this is not using express checkout at the moment?
Reason I have turned this off is because when clicking the ‘pay with paypal’ express button, it loads a white lightbox but freezes.
Is there a fix for the refund for paypal standard payments?
Hello,
The same issue persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront. Check it yourself.
You need contact Woocommerce support or Paypal support for the solution.

Hi there,
Thank you very much.
I am getting a few fatal errors regarding the js composer. I had to extract the zip and upload manually as when I pressed install recommended plugin the was a missing header or something.
This is the error we are receiving on the logs:
Hello,
In this case upload the plugin via FTP. Download the latest version here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Hi Jack,
Thank you for your help on this.
I have noticed one other bug that has been brought to my attention.
When adding something to my cart and then clicking ‘view cart’ it appears empty, however in the drop down menu basket it shows up that I added my product. I can go to checkout okay, but cannot view cart as is empty.
Why would this be? I have attached a screenshot:
