Woocommerce Remove Item from cart not working

    Hi,

    I’m using Royal Theme 1.3 with Woocommerce 2.2.8.
    Everything is good except one thing : All the buttons “Remove item from cart” or the “X” in the cart just don’t work.

    Hello,

    First, please update your theme to the latest version 1.4.
    If problem will not solved then please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

    Thanks for your answer, I updated the theme but unfortunately it didn’t work.

    Hello,

    Please provide us with full access to FTP, we can’t edit files.
    Also can you delete some products from cart with default theme?

    Hello,

    FTP full access should be working now.
    I just tried the default theme, and the problem is that nothing shows up in the cart, when I add products, the cart is still empty…

    Sorry, but we have Critical file transfer error when try to upload some files via FTP.

    Hello again,

    I tried to change the permalinks structure to default setting and it worked.
    The problem is WPML won’t work :

    “Because this site uses the default permalink structure, you cannot use slug translation for product permalinks.

    Please choose a different permalink structure or disable slug translation.”

    Do you have any advice to fix this ?

    We just fixed the problem, it was an exception in rewriting rules on our server.
