Woocommerce – Search by tags from a previously posted ticket by someone else

Hi, did this ever take place? Where a product that has certain tags to come up when a user is searching something in the search bar and have that product come up in the search results that has that tag.

There is a comment from Olga Barlow dated November 20th 2014 on a support item that says thanks we’ll include this in the next update but from what it seems, it doesnt seem to work.. i just tried searching for a product with a particular tag and it doesnt come up at all
