In my blog I use woocommerce shortcode to display products in my blog content.
I noticed that with the default woocommerce shortcode the product footer text is missing.. icons are showing.
[products ids="9186,3965,6155,5848,9279,5950,5831,5649" orderby="date" order="desc"]
I also tried the this short code which has a different issue: it only shows the favorites (text and Icon, but no quik view footer
[etheme_products ids=”9186,3965,6155,5848,9279,5950,5831,5649″]
Since I do not want to replace the shortcodes in my blogs I would like to know how to show the product footers.. ofcourse the etheme shortcode needs to be fixed also but I don’t currently use this.
See for your self on my page.
Hello,
Please try to use Products element from Visual Composer editor.
Thank you.

That would be a work-around for one of a few blogs but I have nearly 50 blogs that contain these shortcodes with blog specific products. Replacing these will cost several hours, or even days. This is basic woocommere functionality and ought to be working correct.
Please add this to a buglist to fix in a new release, or is it a problem that only i’m having?
Regards,
Ramon
I tried VC anyway but the result really bad:
Code generated by VC is simular as the code inserted manually (etheme shortcode), only with more option: [etheme_products type=”slider” style=”default” title=”Products inserted via VC” ids=”9186,3965,6155,5848,9279,5950,5831,5649″ desktop=”4″ notebook=”4″ tablet=”4″ phones=”4″][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Products still only showing the ‘add to wishlist’, not the ‘quick view’
But Worse: Editing this page in VC really messed up the page with all the VC shortcodes added to exsisting text. Once used VC there is no way back? or will deactivating VC remove shortcodes?
I’m really not yet a fan of VC as it’s slow and leaves messy code.
The workaround isn’t really working eighter.
After changing woocommerce shortcodes settings to 3 columns instead of 4 columns it looks better now. Probably it was caused by the translation to dutch which takes up more space.
I’m sorry for the convenience.
